I haven't planted the small reds previously, just the large reds. If they are anything like the large reds, the germination rates will be fantastic and the fruiting will be so prolific I have to adjust my planting down. Planted 3 seeds all 3 germinated. I will seperate them for 3 plants. Cannot say how they taste as just started on this journey.

We planted five seeds in five die pattern in 12 x 2.5" starter pots because we suspected finicky germination rate, but much to our surprise 53 of the 60 seeds came up! We gave four seedlings to family and pricked the remaining 49 out and everyone is doing very well in its own pot. Grade A seeds in our opinion! We love MIGardener!
