Very fast-growing! Used these in my salads all summer— delicious addition! Will keep growing next year as well.
Got these as my "fun purchase" with my recent order and added them to an indoor bed of leafy greens. They took way faster/better than I was thinking they would because they essentially made a blanket (I think I sowed too heavily lol) Probably going to use them as a cover crop in my outdoor garden next year.
