Summer Bush - Black Beauty Zucchini is the cultivar you most frequently find in the grocery store. The plants produce dark green, glossy, straight, and slender zucchini. May grow up to the size of a baseball bat or bigger if you forget about it! Firm, very tender, with amazing flavor. Great to add to your grilled recipes such as kebabs or incorporate into zucchini bread for a sweet treat.

Biggest zucchini EVER!!!!!

2023 was the first time I ordered from MI Gardener. It will not be the last! Black Beauty Zucchini plants were the largest plants EVER!! They produced until we were mailing them to strangers!! Ordering again for 2025!! I think every seed germinated!!

Yearly garden staple

I have to plant these every year. Love them! They started growing really well but then I lost half of them. Planted more and hoping they'll catch up. I suspect it has to do with the high temps we've had here. It came on all of a sudden and did a number on my squash plants.

Enormous plants!

My zucchini plants grew enormous and luckily enough are providing excellent bits of shade for my cantaloupe vines! Tons of flowers and great tasting zucchini. Truly the best zucchini muffins I've ever made from the fruit!

Hoss has done it again, these Zucchini are outstanding the plants are massive and have surpassed the professionally grown starts that I have co planted them with. I am so shocked at how great all of HOSS’s seeds have done for me this season. I will plant only hoss seeds next year.

We did plant and they germinated within 7 days but something ate the seedling. Planting again.
