Helichrysum bracteatum. Ideal for dried or fresh cut arrangements, this paper thin double flowered variety will hold its color indefinitely after cutting. Strong stems and flower heads that can grow up to 2" across. This creamy white with silvery pink tips is the epitome of vintage. Add a classic touch to a springtime wildflower wedding bouquet.
Oooo... Pretty, pretty.
After planting strawflowers for the first time ever this year, I am very excited to add this color to my collection for next year. I can't wait to see it!
Silvery Rose Strawflower
Never tried planting straw flowers. I am looking forward to trying this.
The seeds were great quality and germinated without a problem. The plant produced so many blossoms! I noticed that my flowers were a bit of a darker pink than the light pink/white seen in the photos but I am sure there could be various reasons for that. Either way, they were a beautiful addition to my garden

Arrived quickly, can't wait to plant this for spring
I've not had them sprout yet, as I've winter sown them and expect their tini-ness to be visible next spring and I'll plant them then...But, Your seeds are always viable, so I've no doubt they will be great in this instance also.
If a flower could wink, the Chocolate Cherry Sunflower absolutely would. These seeds don’t just grow—they perform. I planted them expecting a pretty pop of color. What I got was a full-on backyard drama starring velvety mahogany petals, smoldering ruby undertones, and bees treating them like a five-star resort.
These little overachievers sprout fast, grow strong, and then burst into velvety red-and-chocolate blooms that look like sunflowers dressed for a black-tie gala.
They’re bold, dramatic, and total showstoppers—the kind of flowers that make neighbors slow down and ask what on earth you planted.
If you want something easy, reliable, and downright stunning, this is the sunflower. Honestly? They’ve ruined plain yellow sunflowers for me. 🌻🍒✨
Planted this is in my side yard, just gorgeous, tons of butterflies and pollinators all year, going to get more and do more areas, maybe even some graffitti gardening
First time ever growing chia . 2 out of the 3 came up. Still little seedlings so far so good.
