AnnualCosmos bipinnatus. Deep, ruby red single blooms are an uncommon variety of cosmos in the garden. These large blossoms are extremely easy to grow and perfect for beginners. Will grow up to 2' tall. Petals have a beautiful satin texture and grow on light green, feathery stems. A favorite for attracting pollinators to the garden. Each plant will produce an abundance of flowers.
The Red Cosmos definitely dazzled. I planted them in one of my big pots all by themselves and they came up in a huge, dense mass that lasted for months.
I'm kind of a novice gardener and I discovered that less is more. My neighbors loved them.
Loads of seeds for next season or for giving away as little Christmas prezzies in holiday cards.

These are beautiful and easy. I just planted and fertilized, I have beautiful sturdy flowers loads of butterflies and I’ve even seen hummingbirds around. I’ve gathered a few bouquets for the house. Definitely a joyful purchase!
