When I got them, the leaves and stems were black and soggy. Not a huge deal, I've even had moldy dormant plants bounce back with some love. Not these.
I have zero signs of life except for one single plant.

Plants arrived in great condition. One plant did not take and ended up dying. We ordered 10 bare root plants, but actually got 1 extra so even after one failed, we still ended up with 10 great looking plants.

after folloeing all the info on the sheet you sent in box , and waiting a while for germination, none did. but customer service was great after informing them of my situation. i still love your products i have ever gotten. continue good service. thanks

Arrived in great condition. Cant wait to see them grow out!

Roots were very slimy when they arrived. Neither of the strawberry bundles are showing any recovery. One variety is in my basement potting shed in a mini greenhouse with heat and light. The second bunch are on the deck in their own pot but showing nothing but dried up crowns. I will not compost them yet…still hoping to see green each morning. Haven’t planted the pepper seeds I ordered. I will! You guys have good stuff. The 20 berry roots just didn’t make.
