Excellent bean propagation. Beans are still coming in with this weather we've had the production of them slowed way down. plus fighting off critters trying to eat them hasn't helped either. Luke's products are the best! I've been a customer with them for 4 or 5 years now and everything I buy has been perfect! Prices are very affordable and everything here is legit. Thanks MIgardener for always being down to earth and keeping things reasonably priced. greatly appreciated.
This is a new bean for me to try to grow. Love beans and we eat many different kinds. Can't wait till spring to start them
Great beans
Still no beans yet; will try another planting.
Hi there, we're sorry to hear you're experiencing this. Please reach out to our customer service so we can assist you further. We hope your next planting is successful!
I just became aware of these beans. Hutterites are similar to Amish. This bean is cherished in their community, but not easily found elsewhere. I was so happy to find it at MIGardener. I am excited to grow them next year.
These were prolific, we inoculated a raised bed containing two Elderberry bushes. We chose the lasagna method starting with fertile soil, then alternating between chopped straw and leaf mulch. Inoculation occuree on July 6th and we harvested a full basket of mushrooms on August 11th!
It's all about he stock and the soil, this plant will do well I think. I do have to fertilize still for end of summer, but that's tomorrow's project
By far the best cucumber I have grown so far! While the plants (foliage, runners) didn't grow as vigorously as some other varieties I've grown (could be the weather or location), these cucumbers have not lacked in production! One of the great things I noticed is that I often had 2 cucumbers growing from the same point, separate flowers and fruits. I've called them twins! The crunch of the cucumbers has also been great. I will grow these again.
I’ve been using Trifecta+ for several years now. My garden is prolific , my plants thrive on a combination of this fertilizer and compost. I love that it is slow release granules and there is no burning on any of my plants. It is a great fertilizer, I use it not just in the garden but also my potted vegetables and in my berry and rhubarb patches.
Excellent Germination!
However, we do soak our seeds in purified water for 6 to 12 hours depending on the size of the seed. Sugar Baby Watermelon 8 hours for us.
Even though it has been over 100° + heat index here in DFW since June, it's currently August 21st. We've been harvesting Sugar Baby Watermelon All Summer Long. The kids and the ducks absolutely love them ❤️
