Winter Giant Spinach
This spinach is awesome. I winter sowed it in Feb 2025 in some gallon jugs and deep lettuce containers. It came up great. Transplanted to a raised bed in April Although the leaves are huge, they are super tasty. So far, I am loving your seeds. Would buy again!!!
I haven't planted yet but with past experience I'm sure the germination will be great
This spinach is amazing for early season or super late under tunnels! It takes the cold and is big and beautiful!
I love the texture and the flavor of this giant leaf spinach. I've tried the baby leaf spinach and find it tedious to harvest so this spinach has everything I hope for. I have grown at least a dozen varieties over the last 4 years and Winter Giant is a stand out that I include every year.

Great fertilizer. Used for the first time last year for my fall bulbs and they were stunning and strong come spring. Planting another 250 bulbs this fall so came back for more bulb fertilizer. I also use the Trifecta. Can’t go wrong with any of Luke’s amendments.
Great germination and very prolific.
I grew this in a straw bale garden in 2025 and really enjoyed it. It grew amazingly well and was beautiful, so I purchased more for 2026. Michigan zone 6b.
I have grown these for the last few years and they are hands down my favorite. I like romas and firm tomatoes. These remind me of mini romas. These are less prone to splitting, super easy to harvest and has a super great flavor and very meaty. YUM!
The cloves are large, full and heavy. Of the two cloves I kept (shared 2 with my daughter), 12 were large enough to plant, 1 will be consumed.
