30,000-50,000 SHU. A super HOT HOT pepper! Great for those that dream of making their own hot sauce, or just want to add a daring kick to their dishes. A unique smoky flavor makes tabascos one of the most popular peppers in the world. Plants produce high yields of tiny orange and yellow peppers that pack a kick! Perfect in small container gardens due to the petit size of the plants.
Package came fast and I can’t wait to grow these peppers
Migardener always delivers
I planted the Tabasco pepper plus all other seeds about 1.5 weeks ago. Out of the 10 strawberry bare roots, only 3 survived after planting. Cucumbers and bell peppers have germinated, but the tabasco pepper hasn't. I'm also in Florida, and it is very hot and humid, so some of the seeds might have rotted, but I will give them another week and hope they germinate. If not, then I will start it all over again, which I do not mind.
Great Peppers!
Great service at MIgardener too. When I had questions, staff members where friendly and answered in a timely manner despite their busy schedule. Will order from them again!
I have this growing in my garden but it’s called something else…well it overwintered fine without any help in my Zone 9b garden…can’t wait to grow more

Great fertilizer. Used for the first time last year for my fall bulbs and they were stunning and strong come spring. Planting another 250 bulbs this fall so came back for more bulb fertilizer. I also use the Trifecta. Can’t go wrong with any of Luke’s amendments.
Great germination and very prolific.
I grew this in a straw bale garden in 2025 and really enjoyed it. It grew amazingly well and was beautiful, so I purchased more for 2026. Michigan zone 6b.
I have grown these for the last few years and they are hands down my favorite. I like romas and firm tomatoes. These remind me of mini romas. These are less prone to splitting, super easy to harvest and has a super great flavor and very meaty. YUM!
The cloves are large, full and heavy. Of the two cloves I kept (shared 2 with my daughter), 12 were large enough to plant, 1 will be consumed.
