Making a stop in Canada prior to making its journey to us here in the United States, Music is a hard neck variety that originated from Italy. This heirloom variety has weathered even the toughest winter conditions making it particularly suitable for the northern states, specifically in the Pacific Northwest Region as well as widely grown in most of Canada. Although hard neck garlic is not known for its storage capabilities, Music can maintain its vitality longer than most! Once harvested, this variety will take you through the winter into early spring. This porcelain variety has a robust and pungent flavor and aroma.

This is my first time ordering from MIgardener though I have watched Luke since he was a youth. I have not tried Music garlic in Vilas county Wisconsin before and am new to growing garlic. The garlic arrived promptly and in excellent condition. It was packaged well. The bulbs were smaller than I expected but of decent size they were between two and two and a half inches. Information on planting and caring for the garlic plants as well as harvesting was included which I found helpful.

The bulbs were large and healthy looking. Great price also. I can’t wait for planting time.
These are like XL cherry tomatoes (1.5-2 inches wide) that taste great and are uniform in size. I will be growing more of this variety next Spring.
Though they are not named Scotch Bonnet, they are definitely as hot and fragrant as a Scotch Bonnet pepper (and I'm happy I bought them to try). I bought more packets recently to be ready for next Spring and to share with my Jamaican family!
