AnnualThis variety has rapidly become the go-to cucumber for gardeners as well as market gardeners. Disease-resistant, heat tolerant, and less susceptible to powdery mildew, this variety is a great one to grow. Plants produce many cucumbers around 7-8 inches in length and are terrific for salads, pickles, and fresh eating. Another nice feature of Ashley is that the cucumbers are very low on vines making them easy to handle and harvest.
I planted indoor ( I know they don't generally like to be transplanted) and all six germinated and I transplanted them outdoors Sunday. The plants are huge and look so healthy and I cannot wait to see what they produce!

I had to get two great lakes lettuce for my coworkers because I love it.
The Ashley cucumber germinated and 2 plants produced more than my husband and I could eat. Was able to share with family and neighbors. Planted in Spring of 2024, produced late spring, all summer long and it’s Oct 28th and they are still producing!!! This is my new go to cucumber and it did excellent in the North Central Texas heat ❤️

I wasn't sure it would survive when I planted it, but it is growing. Very happy with my purchase
I immediately set this plant outside to begin hardening off. After about 2 weeks, I planted it in it's dedicated grow bag until I get a more permanent planter, and I must say it is living life. It has grown so much since I received it. I believe I'm going to remove the blossoms this year to continue promoting healthy growth.
Love this. I collect stickers on my garden notebook for fun and inspiration and this spoke to me.
