Mild/Hot - 1,000-1,500 SHU. Anaheim Chili Pepper is a MIgardener Family favorite. Fun to grow grows prolifically and is versatile to use in many dishes. Popular for salsas, salads, frying, and pickling. Mild enough for raw eating, and the perfect addition to a mild salsa recipe for just enough kick to enhance the flavor of other ingredients.
Love MIGardner. Never disappointed.
Great germination so far!
These are great producers and are very versatile.
Grows very easily and makes nice uniform medium chile peppers that taste great.
The pepper plants were easy to grow and produced heavy yields. We were able to get three separate pickings from these plants. Produced the last picking in Oct. Will definitely grow this variety again.

Great fertilizer. Used for the first time last year for my fall bulbs and they were stunning and strong come spring. Planting another 250 bulbs this fall so came back for more bulb fertilizer. I also use the Trifecta. Can’t go wrong with any of Luke’s amendments.
Great germination and very prolific.
I grew this in a straw bale garden in 2025 and really enjoyed it. It grew amazingly well and was beautiful, so I purchased more for 2026. Michigan zone 6b.
I have grown these for the last few years and they are hands down my favorite. I like romas and firm tomatoes. These remind me of mini romas. These are less prone to splitting, super easy to harvest and has a super great flavor and very meaty. YUM!
The cloves are large, full and heavy. Of the two cloves I kept (shared 2 with my daughter), 12 were large enough to plant, 1 will be consumed.
