Indeterminate. This heirloom Brandywine tomato, with its potato-leaf foliage and deep pink skin, traces back to the late 1800s and was brought to America by Mennonite settlers from Germany. Known for its large size—often exceeding 1 pound—the fruit is sweet, low in acid, and contains few seeds. Its rich, smooth flavor makes it an excellent choice for slicing, sauces, and canning. A true classic, it remains a favorite for both history and taste.

Tiffen Mennonite Tomato
So pleased with my seed order. It arrived quickly. This is my second order of Tiffen Mennonite have grown it in the past. A very generous plant with big very tasty tomatoes, heat & disease tolerant I highly recommend itas well as all MIgardener seeds, they're the best by far and they love growing in France! merci beaucoup
I'm not just saying this because I am from the great state of New York, but the New Yorker tomato from MI Gardener is stupendous....It almost over-performed last summer (is that even possible?) I can't wait to get started with them again this year.!!
I used revive Rex last year with excellent outcomes. I wanted you to make sure I have it on had for this gardening season.
Delicious and prolific.I'll plant this on repeat!
Grew these for the past three years and I will keep growing them for many more. I highly recommend them. Great germination rate. Every onion grew to the size of baseballs and others a bit bigger and they store very well.Best long day onion I have ever grow.
I am very happy with my heirloom seeds. I cannot wait to germinate them.
