Straight Eight cucumber is a popular heirloom variety known for its straight, uniform shape and exceptional flavor. This prolific plant produces abundant 8-inch long, dark green cucumbers with smooth skin and crisp, tender flesh. Ideal for slicing and fresh eating, Straight Eight cucumbers are perfect for salads, sandwiches, and pickling. They thrive in full sun and well-drained soil, maturing in about 50-65 days. Regular watering and harvesting promote continuous production. This disease-resistant variety is a favorite among gardeners for its reliable yield and versatility in culinary uses, making it a must-have in any vegetable garden.

I wasn’t expecting that much garlic. My box was full of soft neck and hard neck.
They are doing beautifully. I can't wait for the spring!
As a homeschooling project, my seven year old grew this cauliflower, which is his favorite vegetable. He entered it into the county fair and won a first place prize. Easy to grow, and kept covered with a mesh fabric. Purchased the same seeds again, this time trying winter sowing in a raised garden bed with 6ml plastic hooped over top. Starting to head out again even if the outdoor temps are 30-40 during the day and 30-20 at night
I had missed out on the opportunity to buy garlic for fall planting. I happened to hop on the website randomly one morning and see the garlic grab boxes so I immediately purchased! I'm so thankful I did. This is my first year planting garlic in Oklahoma and I cannot wait to harvest next year!
I planted my garlic in October. I can’t wait to see how they turn out next summer.
