This sweet golden pea will be a favorite in your garden. Peas are wonderful when used early since pods are more tender. When cooked these golden peas keep their bright color. A unique delicacy and one that will surely create a conversation around the garden and dinner table.

very prolific

esta es una variedad muy productiva, la cultive el año pasado tarda un poco en desarrollarse, pero cuando ya esta establecida es muy productiva, el color amarillo esta muy presente cuando forma la semilla, despues se pone de un coor opaco

Beautiful plants

I grew this variety for the first time this year. I love how pretty the flowers are and the peas are easy to spot. They're very tender and delicious. Unfortunately, my resident groundhog got to enjoy more than me. I'm planning to try again next year.

What a wonderful, tasty variety harvested as a snow pea!

I am so impressed with this variety, it's everything I'd hoped for.
1 - It is quick to flower (comparable to sugar ann dwarf snap pea)
2 - Vigorous plant growth produces A LOT of pods compared to my other pea varieties
3 - The blooms and pods are very eye catching in the garden.
4 - Unlike standard snow pea varieties that I enjoy growing, these golden sweet pea pods are sweet like a sugar snap pea pod at the snow pea stage of development.

prolific producer

Growing in NC. Planted in March sometime and has been a heavy producer for the past three or four weeks. Have several plants growing up three tomato cages squished together that I used as a trellis. Having to harvest daily :-) despite the tiny area I devoted to it. It definitely prefers cooler weather over hot weather (the pods taste sweeter and the plants grows quicker) and plan to start a second batch of these plants in late summer.
