Plants produce bulbs that are around 4-6 ounces and Onions will last 3-5 months if kept in cool storage and braid well. Classified as a yellow onion it has more of a white flesh but a brownish-yellow skin when fully cured.
I was incredibly impressed with the speedy germination of this particular onion variety! They were up in germinated before any of the others, and we're towering at almost 2 inches when my yellow Spanish onions were just starting to emerge from the soil.
Will definitely be ordering cipollini onion seeds again and again!

I'm not just saying this because I am from the great state of New York, but the New Yorker tomato from MI Gardener is stupendous....It almost over-performed last summer (is that even possible?) I can't wait to get started with them again this year.!!

Grew these for the past three years and I will keep growing them for many more. I highly recommend them. Great germination rate. Every onion grew to the size of baseballs and others a bit bigger and they store very well.Best long day onion I have ever grow.
