Indeterminate - Cherokee Purple is a beloved heirloom tomato known for its rich, smoky-sweet flavor and striking deep reddish-purple color. This variety produces large, beefsteak-style fruits with a dense, juicy texture. It’s a favorite for slicing, sandwiches, and fresh eating. Despite its rustic appearance and thin skin, it delivers exceptional taste and performs well in a variety of climates.

Grew these Cherokee purple for the first time last year and these plants were massive! Easily 5 foot tall thick stems with heavy fruit. Fruit production wasn't the best but that was because I started this variety a little late into the season compared to my other tomatoes. Germination rate was great I'm going to give these another shot this year earlier in the season.
this company was too too slow in delivering and honestly as a master gardener in Zone 9 they should have sent it quicker then 3 weeks. Also I have raised lot and lots of tomatoes in my day all sorts including Cherokee purple. These are the weakest plants I have ever seen.
Great tasting tomato, but compared to many of my other varieties, this one always lags a teeny bit behind the rest? its nothing terribly dramatic, but, just something I've noticed.
Such a good taste but in my climate the cracking was so severe that it wasn't worth trying to eat. I would try growing Cherokee Purple if I had a polytunnel or green house to keep the rain off the fruit. The disappointment year after year caused me to abandon this variety for something more reliable.
Thank you again!
Looking forward to try these beautiful Cherokee Purples!

I wasn’t expecting that much garlic. My box was full of soft neck and hard neck.
They are doing beautifully. I can't wait for the spring!
As a homeschooling project, my seven year old grew this cauliflower, which is his favorite vegetable. He entered it into the county fair and won a first place prize. Easy to grow, and kept covered with a mesh fabric. Purchased the same seeds again, this time trying winter sowing in a raised garden bed with 6ml plastic hooped over top. Starting to head out again even if the outdoor temps are 30-40 during the day and 30-20 at night
I had missed out on the opportunity to buy garlic for fall planting. I happened to hop on the website randomly one morning and see the garlic grab boxes so I immediately purchased! I'm so thankful I did. This is my first year planting garlic in Oklahoma and I cannot wait to harvest next year!
I planted my garlic in October. I can’t wait to see how they turn out next summer.
