Determinate: Black Out Roma is a determinate paste variety prized for its dramatic color and rich flavor. The fruits begin with some of the darkest plum-black skins you’ll ever see, then slowly ripen to deep red brushed with golden stripes. Inside, the flesh glows a vibrant crimson, meaty with very few seeds. The flavor is smooth and slightly smoky, with low acidity that makes it perfect for sauces, pastes, and roasting. While this variety ripens later than most, the plants are steady producers, and the harvest is well worth the wait. A true standout for both beauty and taste in the garden.
I have no doubt that it’ll be a great quality because MI Gardner handles the best seeds but I haven’t planted it yet. It’s gonna be spring time. I will come back with further reviews. Thank you very much for a great store and doing what you do, Luke.

I’ve purchased and planted seeds from several of the most popular seed companies. Even planted Miigardener seeds side by side with the others. The migardener seeds always germinate faster and the plants are bigger and healthier. Plus they are half the price. And that is the truth.
