This traditional variety is a long-lasting perennial plant. Not only is it grown for its tender spears, but Asparagus also produces a beautiful fern after flowering that is great for bouquets. Planting Asparagus gives you the option to leave a legacy for your family for years to come.
I’m very pleased with the rate of germination
Started Mary Washington Asparagus seeds shortly after receiving. I have a few spots to fill in but daughter and son-in-law are in need of a patch this year so picked these up and I am very pleased with these seeds. He always does a great job! Thank you.
They have germinated! Can’t wait to harvest! I know it takes years but i can say I started them from seed!
I tried winter sowing for the first time with these Mary Washington asparagus seeds, and all of them came up easily, without much work on my part!
The seed from migardener has never let me down. I get just the amount of seeds I want for my small garden. And at $2 pkg I can easily afford multiple packs so I can grow a bigger variety of, say, tomatoes, or green beans! And i love that you source your seed with American farmers, so it is reliable and sustainable! Thank you Luke , for starting this seed company, and the great advice and insights you bring to all of us on MIGardener!

Very happy with my purchase. I planted 40 seeds and they all germinated! Felt like I ran the lottery. Haven’t had a harvest yet but they are growing well. Already knee high. Very happy with my purchase
This is my second year ordering the bare root strawberry plants, and I will say these are the healthiest plant starts!! I will order again
I loved my Chandler Blueberries. I have had it for a year now. As a beginner blueberry grower, I loved how easily it is to maintain the plant in its healthy state. I live in Zone 7. It lived through its first winter snow, and sprouted back up in Spring, just shows how cold-hardy it can be. It is now slowly blooming. Hopefully in the next few years it will produce me some juicy blueberries!
Not so great raw, but awesome sautéed and in soups! Grows great in warm climate. It takes a while to get started, but once it takes off, it doesn't stop! Very easy for new gardeners ❣️
Once the bare root arrived, I immediately saw a sprout growing from the tip. I was pleasantly surprised it had gone out of dormancy. It is currently growing healthy green foliage outside in part shade and full sun. I see a few grape clusters though unfortunately I have to cut them, so the plant’s roots fully establish.
