AnnualAdzuki beans (Vigna angularis) are small, hardy legumes prized for their sweet, nutty flavor and nutritional benefits. Maturing in 90-120 days, adzuki beans produce vibrant red pods containing small, dark red seeds. As a homeschooling project, my seven year old grew this cauliflower, which is his favorite vegetable. He entered it into the county fair and won a first place prize. Easy to grow, and kept covered with a mesh fabric. Purchased the same seeds again, this time trying winter sowing in a raised garden bed with 6ml plastic hooped over top. Starting to head out again even if the outdoor temps are 30-40 during the day and 30-20 at night
