Grilled Potatoes With Asparagus
This Dish is very simple, but a must try for summer grilling.
Grilled Potatoes with Asparagus
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 3 red potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thickness
- 2 white potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thickness
- 5 spears of asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Pepper
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 2 Tsp. parsley
- 1 Tsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tsp. Worchester sauce
- 2 Tsp. oregano
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl
- Pour onto a plate lined with aluminum foil
- Fold aluminum foil together to seal
- Place on grill for 15-20 minutes
