Victoria Rhubarb is a delicious, and very easy to grow variety of rhubarb. The plant is cold hardy till zone 4 and can survive zone 3 with protection. Plants come back every spring as soon as the ground warms. The crown of the plant will grow larger every year much like asparagus giving larger and larger yields. It is best to harvest the second year for ideal results and better chance of the plant surviving winter. Great in pies, jams, and preserves, the flavor is tart and delicious when mixed with other spring berries.
