A very unique salad green that is actually a pea. The snap greens are an up and coming culinary variety of dwarf pea which is mutated and causes the leaves to be very small. Petite snap greens can be used as salad greens, wilted and sauteed with butter or oil, or many other ways that you would use spinach, lettuce, or pea shoots.

      Very fast growing. 100% germination rate. Started in containers about 3 weeks ago with lettuce and garlic and these things are growing so fast. Excited to taste them. Also, threw the rest in new hugle bed with other bean plants 1 or 2 weeks ago and they are the first to pop up and looking strong. Started seeds in October in DFW TX.
