Corn Salad Otherwise known as mache, is a salad green renowned for its flavor and use in high class restaurants. High in plant based protein, fiber, vitamin C, and K this green not only is delicious, but it is also nutritious. Plant Mache in early spring, and let it reseed for a cut and come again crop. Annual however with the ease of reseeding this plant could almost be classified as perennial.

      I got these for my late fall / winter garden. They grew fine through the cooler months and now still surviving in the snow!

      Excellent winter green. Add this to sandwiches, salad, etc. Very easy to germinate. I’ll definitely grow again.

      I’m still trying to germinate the seeds. I know it does not like hot temperature but I tried on soil, rock wool, paper towel in plastic bag… zero success so far.
