Indeterminate – This tomato is a very special one. Bred for the high altitudes of Colorado, this heirloom allows for large tomatoes to be grown in higher altitudes where normally this is quite the challenge. Not only are the tomatoes huge, they are also VERY flavorful. Classic tomato flavor, but not overly offensive acidity. Great for sandwiches, salads, BLTs, and even making paste! As a note: this tomato will do fine in lower altitude gardens too, so don’t hesitate to try this very early season beefsteak variety.
