5 Name : Thanh Location : , I only grew these because I thought it was interesting and didn’t expected much, to my surprise they are delicious. To me after being steamed, they taste like a creamy potato, very tender texture with a very light parsley or celery taste, but very mild. I definitely like eating it more than carrot. Very easy to grow. The leaves are bit strong for me taste. Highly recommended if you want an easy to grow tuber. 06-Jun-2017
5 Name : Rachel Location : , The root is delicious! In late summer, when I first planted the parsley, it survived 90 plus degree weather. In the winter, it survived 15 degree nights and snow with no cover. Will most likely be a garden staple for me here on out. Love it. 08-Feb-2018
5 Name : fviker95 Location : , at first when I planted these I had soaked them in water and planted as per the directions and didnt see really much of anything germinating for around a week or maybe 9 days and was discouraged and then started seeing them sprout up. Have not finished growing them yet but these are one of the varieties I got that I was really excited for. 26-Jun-2019
