A true white eggplant! These are unique AND delicious! An Asian variety of eggplant that produces long 5-8 inch slender fruits that are creamy white to almost pure white. Soft and small seeded. When ripe the skin will lose its sheen and be slightly soft to the touch. Great in stir fries, or even in Italian dishes as well. This is a difficult variety to come across so limited stock exists.

      Quite prolific and very tasty when young. This eggplant also produces very uniform fruit. Will be growing this again next year.

      Problems with beetles devouring leaves (compared to untouched black beauty) and very poor germination (used all but 5 seeds and only 1 germinated and took almost a month)… Otherwise solid and tasty mid sized eggplant.

      Zone 5a, Southwest Mi. Very productive. First of my 8 varieties of eggplant to produce. Seem to come in waves. Does not keep long in the fridge, so cook it not too long after picking it.

      These are the only seeds I have been disappointed with from MIG. Only had 1 germinate and it did poorly compared to long purple and standard eggplants. No fruit, likely due to heat of San Antonio, but the others were massive producers.

      I grew this in a 6″ pot which is maybe a little too small for this plant. However, I did get about 4 eggplants from each plant. Not sure how large the eggplants are supposed to get, I picked them to eat when they reached about 5″ in length. I will try them again in the spring and plant them on the ground to see if it yield more or grow any larger.

      These eggplants are absolutely amazing they are very prolific not as much as the long purple variety but still produce a lot.
