I started 6 seeds. All germinated. Sadly I had to get rid of 3 but the other 3 are growing great for a late summer harvest (zone 7b/8). I have pickled most and they are without a doubt the best tasting pickles I’ve ever made. But this is only my 1st year gardening lol. Thanks Luke.

I started a dozen seeds, each one of them germinated. I ended up planting 3 plants and gave away the rest to friends and family. From just the 3 plants growing along a link fence we harvested over 100 pickles. Next year we will only sow one plant given its amazing yield.

So far we have gotten 24 lbs of cucumbers that got me about 10 qts and 12 pts. of pickles 😀

Zone 5a, Southwest, Mi. Perfect germination rate. Very versatile for pickling or slicing thin and eating. Very productive. I have it growing on the shaded half of a cattle panel trellis with a cucuzzi guard. It really appreciates the shade, is not too sick, and still producing fruit, though at a slower pace, in out August 80-90 degree days. Minimal spotting on leaves.

Plant was vining up 4 feet before spider mites infested my garden. Plant had abundant flowers and starting cukes before I had to pull it from the infestation.

Magnificent yield. It was almost ridiculous how many cucumbers came from each vine. The cucs were bigger and thicker skinned than I wanted, but tasted fine and pickled surprisingly well given their size, as long as we had big enough jars.
