Dwarf Taylor Bean
A stunning bean by anyone’s standards. Plants produce a good amount of cream and red beans, however once cooked the color and vibrance changes and is better eaten fresh and in salads. Very light strings. Grown since the early 1900’s this variety is very popular in Europe and just began to gain popularity in the states as of a few years ago. Cold tolerant, but better grown in warm weather. resistant to rust and powdery mildew, but prone to damping off if planted in cold wet soil in early season.
