I planted several of these and wow, did they produce a ton of food or what! They need a lot of room to sprawl out, just like pumpkins, but they are worth it. We used it just like we would Pumpkin. Just made a pie with one today! Delicious and so easy to cook! We stored a ton of these for winter and gave several away. Highly recommend!
