This early variety is sweet, creamy, and perfect for use in salads and Asian cuisine. Harvest baby corn 1-2 days after silks emerge. Ideal ears will be 2-4″ long and about 1/2 an inch in diameter. Silks will appear 2-4 weeks. Harvesting early will promote continuing growth for the possibility of additional harvests.
