5 Name : ptullock2 Location : , I planted these peppers this yr, 100% germination and harvested them between orange and red. They do have spice to them less than Jalapeno. Is a great replacement for Pepperoncinis. These peppers are very thick walled, and if dehydrating would take some time. They would be good in a salsa as an in between mild and medium.
