This porcelain hardneck variety is a great spicy variety that grows well in wet weather conditions and has great resistance to common allium diseases, like rust. This has one of the stronger tastes of garlic and has a lot of heat, and produces 5-6 large cloves per bulb. When cured, the rosewood can store for 7-9 months. This variety is great because you can harvest it a little later than your other garlics.
